Requirements
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Greet clients with a smile, handle phone inquiries, and schedule service appointments with precision.
- Service Advising: Assess customer needs, provide expert recommendations, and explain repair processes clearly and confidently.
- Workshop Coordination: Manage service orders, track job progress, and liaise with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Administrative Duties: Handle invoicing, process payments, warranty and claims processing, maintain accurate records, and ensure a smooth flow of daily operations.
- Problem Solving: Address customer concerns, resolve issues swiftly, and ensure every client leaves with a positive experience.
What We’re Looking For:
