Description
Key responsibilities of the Account Manager - Ecommerce role involve:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve Ecommerce objectives for the FMCG electronics and home appliances products.
- Collaborate with major corporate clients across Australia to drive engagement and increase revenue through the retail segment of the employee benefits program.
- Educate existing corporate clients on the product range to increase revenue spend.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and key issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing teams to drive promotional material.
- Attend industry events and conferences to gain market insights and build a professional network.
- Prepare sales reports and provide feedback to senior management about marketplace and competitor activity.
Profile
A successful Account Manager - Ecommerce should have:
- Proficiency in Ecommerce platforms and tools.
- Proven experience in selling to corporate clients.
- Strong understanding of the FMCG industry.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- A proven track record in nurturing and growing existing accounts
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
