The HammondCare Volunteer program is a great way for you to make a meaningful difference to the life of an older person.

We are seeking a caring individual to visit our elderly client in the beautiful South Coast suburb of Woonona. Our client enjoys watching gold, soccer and gardening. He would like regular visits for a cuppa and a chat, or if the weather permits head into town to the community garden or the local men's shed together.

HammondCare is a provider of The Aged Care Volunteer Visitor Scheme funded by the Australian Government and is established to promote links between elderly people and volunteers in their local community.

Requirements18 years or older • National Volunteer Police Check arranged and paid for by HammondCare •

We'd be happy to discuss a suitable time during the week for a one hour visit between 9am and 4pm Monday to Sunday, visits could be weekly to fortnightly depending on your availability.
