DS Reo Pty Ltd has over 10 years’ experience in the reinforcement industry in Australia. Specializing in steel fixing in all sectors of construction, including; residential, commercial and infrastructure.
We are currently looking for an Sheetmetal Worker to join our team on full-time basis.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble sheet metal components for HVAC systems.
- Mark, measure, cut, bend, and shape metal sheets using hand tools, power tools, and machinery.
- Install ductwork and other sheet metal components in residential and commercial buildings, fitting and assembling sheet metal pieces using joinery techniques.
- Refine edges, polish surfaces and clean final products to achieve a polished and professional look.
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work orders.
- Ensure all installations meet industry standards and company quality guidelines.
- Perform regular maintenance and repair work on existing installations.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Certificate III in related area
- Minimum of 2 years’ work experience
- Good attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints
Salary:
The role offers a remuneration package ranging from $70,000 - $80,000, plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
